Georgia Police Department Using Photos Of A Black Man As Target Practice

Video of white people taking target practice using an image of a Black man has left many people outraged

People in the community who saw the images called it offensive and disgusting. One local man in the community, Emmanuel Mincey went to the police department and filed a complaint saying it sends the wrong message to the black community. “Hey, guys. We shoot at you for target practice,” he said. Many wondered why there were no images of white people used for target practice. But the chief claims they were used, just not posted on social media like the black images were.
