#LisaSnyder was the person who called 911 after finding the children hanging in the basement. However, investigators questioned why she didn't do anything to help her son and daughter.
Investigators say there was two murders in that house and the person responsible is the victims' own mother. She was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree murder and other offenses.
