#Hernandez, aka #Teckashi69 who was arrested for racketeering, violent crimes to aid the racketeering, and firearm offenses in connections with the gang Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, has been in custody since November 2018 and was originally meant to serve 47 years to life.
“The government tells the judge what sentence the person should get,” Gangat explained. “Here the government hasn’t asked for any sentence, when the government doesn’t ask for a sentence, what they’re saying is no sentence time served.”
